還有看別人寫說4月訂10月的房就定不到的情況下

We will vacation in Bangkoo on Oct.
Kindly need you offer Suite available from Oct. 1 to Oct. 5.
Do you have any discount if we stay there for 2 weeks?Besides,
we probably need a shuttle bus service cause of night flight
and pls adv us in advance if you charge for this.

As for now, there is a suite (@1380 baht per night) avilable on Oct 1-8 (seven nights).
The 5% discount is given when stay in a suite for more than 7 consecutive nights ka.
By the way, we do not have a pick up service. However, you can get a taxi from Airport.
It is supposed to cost you around 350 baht (including toll fees and sucharge of 50 baht.
However, lately, what we heard from guests is that they charge around 400 - 450 bht
(including toll fees and surcharge of 50 bht).
If the taxi doesn't know how to get to our place,
you may ask him to call us at 081 4927778 (most taxi drivers now have mobile phones) :)
Or if you want to, we can book a taxi van for you. It cost 600 baht per trip (one way).

Hello,
We would like to book a STANDARD ROOM on Oct.1-5.
Flight will arrive around 10pm on Oct.1 and have no idea when we will get to Urban House.

เข้าซอยไปประมาณร้อยยี่สิบเมตร จะเห็นซอยทางซ้ายมือ ชื่อซอยยมราช (ข้างซอยป็นเต้นท์ขายของตลาดนัด ถ้ามาตอนกลางคืน จะเป็นเต้นท์สำหรับจอดรถ)
เลี้ยวเข้าซอยแล้วตรงไป ทางขวามือมีซอยเล็กๆสองซอย ซอยแรกมีศาลพระภูมิอยู่หน้าซอย ยังไม่ใช่ ให้ตรงไปอีกหน่อย เลี้ยวเข้าซอยที่สอง (หัวมุมซอยเป็นร้านตัดผม)

Our check-in time is normally 2.00 pm.
If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait for the room at the lobby or you may leave your luggage at our office
and go out then come back to check in later.
Our check-out time is 12.00 noon.
